I have over twenty years experience working with organisations of all sizes from small startups with a handful of employees up to multinational bluechip companies, all of that experience is available to you through my consultation service.

How much will it cost to engage me to consult for your company? It depends on what you need and where you are in the world. It is impractical to give precise pricing without more information about your requirements, but a basic initial one day consultation within the UK will cost £800 (outside Europe, travel costs will be added).
If you are an open source or non-profit organisation I am happy to discuss pro bono work.

Whether you need an new configuration managment system or improvements to your current development and delivery processes, I can manage the entire implementation process from analysis through to delivery.

With over 20 years practical, hands-on, experience with a wide variety of tools across many different client environments I offer sound and a broad technical support capability to any organisation.
Training Solutions
With over 20 years experience in teaching individuals and organisations to improve their system support capabilities through the effective application of the core discplines on this site I can provide training on both the general principals of each and on a number of individual technical solutions and tools.
Mentoring Services
I offer mentoring services across the core disciplines listed on this site. Mentoring is a means to directly transfer knowledge to your staff. Under a mentoring arrangement I work closely with one or two of your permanent staff, focusing primarily on having them perform the work under my guidance. The aim of this mentoring arrangement is to rapidly transfer key skills and knowledge to your organisation through one or two permanent staff members.
After the direct mentoring period (which may last from days to months depending upon your requirements) I make myself available to the mentor subjects so that they get ongoing support. This ensures a smoother transition than calling an abrupt stop at the end of my on-site time.
