I offer mentoring services across the core disciplines listed on this site. Mentoring is a means to directly transfer knowledge to your staff. Under a mentoring arrangement I work closely with one or two of your permanent staff, focusing primarily on having them perform the work under my guidance. The aim of this mentoring arrangement is to rapidly transfer key skills and knowledge to your organisation through one or two permanent staff members.
After the direct mentoring period (which may last from days to months depending upon your requirements) I make myself available to the mentor subjects so that they get ongoing support. This ensures a smoother transition than calling an abrupt stop at the end of my on-site time.
